This role is ideal for a service-driven leader with strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage service, as well as experience in high-end hospitality, VIP events, or catering.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee bar and premium service operations in VIP lounges, suites, and specialty bars. </li><li>Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and anticipating guest needs. </li><li>Train and support staff on beverage knowledge, proper drink preparation, and service etiquette. </li><li>Manage inventory, product control, and bar setup/breakdown to ensure efficiency and accuracy. </li><li>Maintain compliance with cash handling policies, liquor laws, and food safety/sanitation guidelines. </li><li>Enforce proper sanitation, cleaning, and hygiene standards in all premium and bar areas, ensuring compliance with health codes. </li><li>Ensure bars, workstations, and service areas are cleaned, restocked, and sanitized before, during, and after events. </li><li>Collaborate with culinary and event teams to execute premium catering and beverage experiences for events. </li><li>Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture and professional work environment. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of one year of leadership experience in bar operations, high-end hospitality, or event beverage service. </li><li>Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and craft cocktails is required. </li><li>Previous VIP, catering, or event experience is a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of health and safety standards, sanitation best practices, and cleaning procedures. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills. </li><li>Must be at least 21 years old. </li></ul> <p>If you're passionate about premium hospitality and thrive in an exciting event-driven environment, we'd love to have you join our team!</p> <p>Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
