For a better tomorrow, we play today.</p> <p>You can now text "Jobs" to 763-296-1077 to learn more!</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Performs various functions including receiving, delivering materials to/from the production area, scrap material moves, and misc. supply moves, using a forklift safely and efficiently.</p> <p>Hours: M-F 5am-1pm</p> <p>VALUES</p> <ul> <li>Innovation </li><li>Commitment & Passion </li><li>Integrity </li><li>Team & Relationships </li></ul> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Perform forklift inspections and report any issues. </li><li>Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas. </li><li>Knowledgeable of handling procedures for all materials to prevent accidents. </li><li>Pulls and stages material needed for production. </li><li>Responsible for using a scanner and/or computer system </li><li>Responsible for quality control - no damage to raw material or product being transported </li><li>Follows all procedures including but not limited to work instructions, standard operating procedures, material specifications, and job safety analysis </li></ul> <p>ATTRIBUTES</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated </li><li>Own operation and control </li><li>Able to read blueprints </li><li>Attention to detail </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Forklift certification required (training provided) </li><li>Previous experience on a forklift </li><li>Basic computer knowledge </li><li>Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product </li></ul> <p>The target hourly range is $19.50 - $21.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
