<p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>Assist in daily production duties.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Perform assigned machine operations within established time standards </li><li>Perform assigned machine operations according to standardized procedures </li><li>Participate in kaizen activities to achieve productivity and quality improvements </li><li>Perform required daily machine maintenance and annotate appropriate forms </li><li>Assist in developing standardized work instructions </li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to standards </li><li>Ensure quality defects are not passed on to following processes </li><li>Works at different work stations as production needs require </li><li>Assemble products for stock or as needed </li><li>Adhere product logos and serial numbers on products properly </li><li>Help maintain Quality Control in production </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>One (1) to two (2) years manufacturing experience preferred </li><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos </li><li>Ability to write simple correspondence </li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions </li><li>Troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities </li><li>Organizational skills and great attention to detail </li><li>Self-motivated </li><li>Good Attendance is extremely important </li></ul>
