<p>Job Title:</p> <p>Customer Service Representative III</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>CA - Irvine</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>As a Customer Service Representative III you'll be handling customer inquiries regarding our mortgage loan products. You'll also handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients. Following a scripted presentation, you'll perform a basic level of lead qualification.</p> <ul> <li>Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products. Communicate effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments. </li><li>Field customer mortgage inquiries and generate potential interest in refinance opportunities. </li><li>Transfer potential leads to available Loan Officers. </li><li>Enter client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of related experience in Inside Sales or similar field. </li><li>High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. </li><li>Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services. </li><li>Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. </li><li>Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $29.00 for Irvine, CA.
