<p>RN or LPN for our Assisted Living Community</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>Second Shift Available</p> <p>Eligible Candidates may be eligible for up to a $10,000.00 Bonus</p> <p>Be a part of our Assisted Living Care Team!</p> <p>Assists in the coordination of work of Assisted Living Staff at Luther Manor, including The Courtyards, The Memory Care Unit/Gardens, and Supportive Living. The RN or LPN for our Assisted Living Communities is a part of the team in performing various therapeutic experiences individualized for residents.</p> <p>Encourages and models a team approach to accomplish the Luther Manor mission of providing excellent care and services to customers. In conjunction with the Director of Assisted Living and Director of Nursing Services, provides a role in investigating and resolving resident or family concerns.</p> <ul> <li>Licensed LPN or RN in the State of WI </li><li>CPR certified </li><li>Knowledge and experience in supervision, staff scheduling, and Health Information Management, and payroll. </li><li>Knowledge of current professional theory and practice, minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care and/or Assisted Living. </li><li>Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills with attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English </li><li>The mobility to spend the majority of the work shift standing or moving about the communities. </li><li>Must be able to push, pull, or lift 35 pounds. </li><li>Occasional reaching to head height with shoulder elevation up to 20 pounds </li></ul>
