<p>As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Full Cycle AP Processing </li><li>Payment processing including weekly payment runs </li><li>Managing vendor relations </li><li>Assisting with month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable </li><li>Generating AP aging reports and assist with audit requests </li><li>Maintaining vendor records and ensure proper setup, including tax and payment terms </li><li>Troubleshooting discrepancies within NetSuite and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues </li><li>Processing high volume of vendor invoices in NetSuite, including 3-way matching </li><li>Reviewing invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and compliance with organization policies </li><li>Ensuring timely and accurate posting to the general ledger </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of accounts payable experience, including full cycle AP </li><li>Experience with NetSuite ERP (invoice entry, workflows, reporting) or any other similar ERP </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas </li><li>Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines </li><li>Strong communication skills for vendor and internal interactions </li><li>Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently </li><li>Experience with multi-entity or multi location businesses preferred </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay </li><li>Strong benefits package including healthcare, vision, dental and 401K </li><li>Opportunities for scholarships and education reimbursement </li></ul> <p>WesleyLife believes in the value of diversity within our workforce and is an equal opportunity employer.
