You can also participate in our 401(k) plan with company match and explore post-tax Roth IRA options to secure your financial future. </li><li>Established Legacy: Join a team of over 1000 employees contributing to our success since 1960, with a proven track record of excellence in mechanical contracting. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Professionally receive service calls from customers and create work orders in our software system. </li><li>Prioritize service calls with the correct technician and dispatch appropriately. </li><li>Thoroughly communicate with the customer and technician and keep both up to date with current situation. </li><li>Coordinate and schedule service agreement inspections and ensure timely completion. </li><li>Maintain dispatch board and tracking spreadsheets daily. </li><li>Order and track parts needed and schedule accordingly. </li><li>Manage unfinished work orders and drive them to completion. </li><li>Communicate issues with Service Department Manager and Service Supervisors. </li><li>Adhere to Service Department SOP's at all times. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Two to Five years' Service Department and/or office experience. </li><li>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Highly competent with mobile, desktop and other IOS and Windows based operating systems. </li><li>Must be able to hear and see well (either naturally or with correction); ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols 100% of the time. </li><li>Able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel and climb stairs as needed to complete your duties. </li></ul> <p>Join us today and build a brighter future with B&I Contractors, Inc. - where you're not just an employee, but an owner!</p> <p>#Bandi1</p>
