We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.</p> <p>We're looking for a Processing Lead to help guide and lead the team to meet all goals and expectations of the department. We are currently hiring for Sunday - Wednesday (6pm - 4:30am).</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Support & help oversee the day-to-day operations including managing workflow. </li><li>Monitor team performance and report on metrics </li><li>Motivate team members and set clear daily goals. </li><li>Discover training needs and work with leadership on training team members. </li><li>Ensure 100% quality at all times keeping the customer in mind at all times. </li><li>Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts/escalate when necessary. </li><li>Recognize high performance and report back to leadership </li><li>Suggest and organize team building activities </li><li>Aid leadership team in creating an inspiring team environment </li><li>Communicate with Customer service on order issues/damages/shortages </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor </li><li>In-depth knowledge of performance metrics </li><li>Good PC skills, especially Google Docs </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills </li><li>Organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Decision-making skills </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting. </li><li>Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time. </li><li>Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks. </li><li>Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. </li><li>Receiving and Inspecting Submissions: Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging. </li><li>Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time </li></ul> <p>Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $28-$35.
