<p>Job Title Guest Services - Part-Time - Baxter Arena Department Operations Essential Functions</p> <p>Available positions within Guest Services include Usher, Ticket Taker, and Concierge. All positions are expected to provide guests with the best experience possible through top-notch customer service and professionalism. Team members are expected to learn the layout of Baxter Arena to be able to provide directions to guests and respond quickly in case of any emergencies.</p> <p>Duties include: Assist guests during events by scanning their tickets and locating their assigned seats. Ensure their ticket is valid for premium seating areas and issue corresponding wristband efficiently. Provide or seek assistance for guests' needs. Assist with clean-up in sections during occasional back-to-back events. Report any facility issues to housekeeping or operations staff, respectively. Other duties are as assigned.</p> <p>Scheduling is flexible. Baxter Arena cannot guarantee hours every week.
