If you're looking for a professional and fast-paced environment, apply now to join the Conservice family!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As an Account Processor you will:</p> <ul> <li>Contact and work with utility providers over the phone and through email </li><li>Utilize Conservice software to investigate and locate missing bills </li><li>Retrieve bills from utility providers and prepare them to be processed </li><li>Phone Use: Medium (Up to 40% of the workday) </li><li>Type: Outbound </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>Excellent telephone and email etiquette </li><li>Excellent research and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail </li><li>Time management and organization </li><li>Excellent attendance and punctuality </li><li>Familiarity with using a computer and G-Suite </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel </li><li>Ability to independently analyze and reason in order to understand issues </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li></ul>
