<p>We are looking for</p> <p>An Export Team Leader for the company's site in Haifa, for the Aerospace division</p> <p>Come lead a complex export operation in a dynamic and challenging defense environment, where your work has a direct impact on the success of the organization's key projects. You will manage a team of five employees and be part of a global operation connecting Israel to the world</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Lead and manage the export team, including professional guidance, task allocation and employee development</p> <p>Hold end-to-end responsibility for all export processes within the division</p> <p>Manage the export department budget</p> <p>Develop new work processes, prepare operational and financial reports</p> <p>Maintain direct communication with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders locally and internationally</p> <p>Monitor shipments, provide solutions and coordinate with customs and classification authorities, including clearances, documentation and invoice verification</p> <p>Provide professional support to buyers, program managers and project managers</p> <p>Lead complex and sensitive logistics processes</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Academic degree - advantage</p> <p>At least three years of experience in export</p> <p>Experience in team management</p> <p>Experience working at a freight forwarding company - advantage</p> <p>Full proficiency in Excel</p> <p>High-level English proficiency</p> <p>Strong understanding of complex processes, creative thinking, ability to meet deadlines, high service orientation and leadership skills</p> <ul> <li>Only relevant applications will be answered </li></ul> <p>#Haifa</p>
