<p>Tumble Brook Country Club is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Tennis Shop Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hospitality-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to members and guests.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm, professional demeanor. </li><li>Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and accurately process fees. </li><li>Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services. </li><li>Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment. </li><li>Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness. </li><li>Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition. </li><li>Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment. </li><li>Promote a culture of safety and service excellence. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in tennis operations, and customer service preferred. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits.
