We hire for heart and train for skill! We offer a full hands-on training course to get you certified as a Personal Care Assistant.. and you get paid while training! Rates starting at $20/hr with additional differentials available for nights and weekends! Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <p>Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
