<p>About the Role:</p> <p>The mission of the Customer Experience Team is to ensure a contextually engaging user experience and drive increased conversion rates, cross-product adoption, and maximize lifetime value across the full lifecycle of our products. The Promotional Email Associate Manager will play a key role in achieving this mission through evolving and leveling up our always-on demand generation strategy for the Perpay Marketplace, in turn unlocking substantially higher demand and revenue across our quickly growing user base.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity as you will be able to lead the next evolution of our demand generation initiatives and have a measurable impact on growing Perpay's revenue and customer base. You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Product, Design, and Data / Analytics teams to bring tactics like content personalization, audience refinement, channel / send time optimization, and continuous experimentation to life, leading to increased promotional communications engagement and demand.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own the strategy and execution of Perpay's email, SMS, and Push demand generation program. </li><li>Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion. </li><li>Collaborate directly with Finance on demand forecasting and calendar alignment. </li><li>Collaborate with Merchandising on developing year-round use cases aligned to key ecommerce purchasing events, and align on promotional calendar. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CX to enhance personalization and automation. </li><li>Define success metrics, analyze performance, and communicate actionable insights. </li><li>Evolve existing tools and processes for greater operational efficiency and measurement accuracy. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <p>Must-haves</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in e-commerce email marketing or lifecycle marketing </li><li>Proven track record driving measurable performance through testing and personalization </li><li>Proficiency in ESP platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or equivalent) </li><li>Proficiency in visual design platforms (Figma, Canva, PhotoShop, or equivalent) </li><li>Strong understanding of CDP platforms (Segment, 1p data modeling) </li><li>Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and conversion-focused messaging across channels </li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills with understanding of revenue forecasting </li><li>Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-haves</p> <ul> <li>Experience aligning with Finance or Revenue Operations teams on forecasting </li><li>SQL or BI tool proficiency for deeper performance insights </li><li>Proficiency in crating and troubleshooting custom email templates using HTML and CSS </li><li>Experience using AI tools to generate copy, images, proposals, and streamline processes </li><li>Experience leading strategic testing frameworks in high-volume Push / SMS programs </li></ul> <p>Hey, we know not everybody checks all the boxes, so if you're interested, please apply because you could be just what we're looking for!</p>
