<p>Basic Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering</p> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering/Sales.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Previous program manager experience is preferred.</p> <p>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Acts as the primary sales contact for customers on commercial issues. Responsibilities include development of long-range planning budget with group sales, forecasting of anticipated product requirements and overall management of customer orders.</p> <p>JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Forecast and analyze sales.</p> <p>Assure compliance with contracting requirements.</p> <p>Actively participate in development and renewal of business strategy.</p> <p>Manage all quote activity considering cost, price, market, competition.</p> <p>Maintain contact with customers, account managers and sister plants.</p> <p>Prepare budgets and various sales / marketing reports.</p> <p>Responsible for import, export ASAT compliance</p> <p>Follow policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook.</p> <p>Serve as Export control technical liaison ensuring compliance.</p> <p>Machining and finished parts representative for corporate growth initiatives.</p> <p>Assumes lead role on matters of significant financial implications.</p> <p>Actively participate, promote and comply with all EHS programs and policies.</p> <p>Familiarity and compliance with corporate and plant protocols including EHS, SOX, Ethics of business conduct, ABS, ASAT, ISO, and export control.</p> <p>Perform all other job duties as assigned.</p>
