<p>Deceuninck North America is seeking Pultrusion Operators for its Monroe, OH facility. In this role, the Pultrusion Operator will perform product quality checks while also stacking and packing the product in the appropriate receptacle. In addition, he/she will also be tasked to splice in rovings, and watch the levels of the chemicals that are being used. Starting wage is $19.00/hour for Day shift and $21.00/hour for Night shift (includes a $2.00 shift differential).</p> <p>Schedule Needed:</p> <p>8:00am to 8:00pm (2-2-3 Schedule</p> <p>8:00pm to 8:00am (2-2-3 Schedule)</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform all required duties in a safe manner by following all company policies & procedures and wearing the appropriate PPE for each respective task </li><li>Required to properly identify carts. </li><li>Required to properly label packages/carts. </li><li>Must be able to lift 40lb doffs (rolls of fiberglass) on to a shelf. </li><li>Will be Required to drive a forklift to get materials. </li><li>Expected to read part prints, drawings, and schematics. </li><li>Accurately and neatly complete all required documentation associated with pultrusion level, such as but not limited to router, and any supplemental documentation to aid data input into MES. </li><li>Properly and accurately enter data in the MES system. </li><li>Maintain the quality standard set forth by DNA. </li><li>Must be able to understand how to fill the hoppers from the barrels. </li><li>Monitor, and document the pultrusion process of all assigned lines. </li><li>Prepare all quality samples every other hour (if required).
