<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for the overall preparation of kits prior to the Production floor which includes all material transactions, material movement, storage, and inventory - storage practices.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Sort, counts and checks raw materials, finished and semi-finished parts </li><li>Handles raw materials in compliance with internal Electrostatic Discharge Policies and Procedures </li><li>Issues material to WO/MO and follows Bill of Material and Work Order Routing </li><li>Responsible for inventory accuracy at all levels. Maintains inventory on hand and stockroom data files </li><li>Performs required cycle counts. Audits stocking locations to ensure system transaction accuracy. Performs physical inventories as required </li><li>Understanding of aerospace components </li><li>Understands and can research and reconcile Inventory </li><li>Stores electronic components properly and has an understanding of MSD components </li><li>Validates previous transactions for discrepancies and ensures internal specifications are met and traceability requirements are 100% accurate </li><li>Ensures Kit preparation are in compliance of Standards and internal documentation </li><li>Regular attendance is required </li><li>May be required to work overtime </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma or GED required </li><li>Typically requires 0-3 years of experience </li><li>Basic reading and writing (English language) and math ability are required </li><li>Computer literate </li><li>Microsoft Excel skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong background in material handling/stockroom manufacturing </li><li>Inventory reconciliation experience </li><li>Interpersonal skills </li><li>Detail oriented, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. </li><li>Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff </li><li>Support stockroom operations to ensure smooth flow process </li><li>Perform multiple tasks within the stockroom </li></ul> <p>"Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $37,300 - $74,600 for a Level I at Torrance CA USA.
