Apply now to take advantage of this opportunity to join a facility, where the residents ( and team members!) are treated with dignity and respect in a family-like atmosphere!</p> <p>We are excited for you to join our team at SPNRC!</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>On behalf of the Director of Nursing, provides for the continuity of nursing services in the development, implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to residents and families </li><li>Perform assessments on elder's that may have had a fall, a decline in condition or perhaps suicidal comments </li><li>Act as the senior liaison and administrative person on the campus and address staffing and family concerns </li><li>Asked to participate in auditing or QA activities </li><li>Demonstrates the organization's commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York </li><li>Associate's degree in nursing or Degree of Nursing from an accredited school </li><li>1 year or more of experience as a RN </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>1 year or more of experience in a skilled nursing setting as a RN </li><li>Bachelor's degree of nursing </li><li>Registered Nurses at St. Peter's NRC must possess a passion for caring for patients and demonstrate a respectful, caring, professional demeanor </li><li>The RN Supervisor must be able to lead and supervise a team of different backgrounds and possess strong de-escalation skills. </li><li>The RN Supervisor must have excellent time management and organizational skills </li><li>The RN Supervisor must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written and possess strong critical thinking skills to problem solve </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay: $82,160.00 - $110,156.80 per year</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
