Facilitate standards-aligned instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students, ensuring that each individual can access and excel with the curriculum.</p> </li><li> <p>Differentiation: Use varied teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to support students at varying levels of proficiency, ensuring that all learners, regardless of their identity or background, can succeed in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.</p> </li><li> <p>Inclusive Practices: Create a classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages respectful dialogue and collaboration among students. Foster an inclusive curriculum that reflects the experiences, cultures, and perspectives of all students.</p> </li><li> <p>Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess student progress through formal and informal assessments. Provide timely, constructive feedback to help students improve and meet academic goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and staff to support a school culture of inclusion and excellence. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve instructional practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment that fosters student engagement, responsibility, and respect.
