You will partner with business and technology leaders to design and implement transformative strategies that align sales, marketing, and commerce functions with evolving customer expectations, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.</p> <p>Your primary responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct Maturity Assessments: Assess current-state processes to identify growth opportunities and architect future-state operating models that integrate digital sales channels, omnichannel commerce, and customer-centric engagement strategies. </li><li>Define Transformation Roadmaps: Develop strategic plans that enable the adoption of modern platforms such as CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, OMS, and customer data platforms (CDPs). </li><li>Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and agile delivery of transformation initiatives. </li><li>Enable Solution Adoption: Implement solutions that drive business outcomes and optimize commercial operations. </li><li>Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business and technology leaders to ensure successful transformation and adoption of new strategies. </li></ul> <p>Required education</p> <p>None</p> <p>Preferred education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Required technical and professional expertise</p> <ul> <li>Digital Commerce Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing transformative strategies that align sales, marketing, and commerce functions with evolving customer expectations and emerging technologies. </li><li>Business Process Assessment: Experience with assessing current-state processes to identify growth opportunities and architect future-state operating models that integrate digital sales channels and customer-centric engagement strategies. </li><li>Modern Platform Implementation: Experience with enabling the adoption of modern platforms such as OutSystems. </li><li>Change Management Capabilities: Experience with facilitating cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery of transformation initiatives to ensure successful transformation and adoption of new strategies. </li><li>Strategic Planning: Experience with developing strategic plans that drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and optimize commercial operations in the digital age. </li></ul> <p>Security Requirement</p> <p>Must hold and maintain an active DoD Security Secret Clearance</p> <p>Preferred technical and professional experience</p> <ul> <li>Digital Commerce Knowledge: Experience with emerging technologies and trends in digital commerce, including omnichannel commerce and customer-centric engagement strategies. </li><li>CRM and CPQ Expertise: Experience with enabling the adoption of modern platforms such as CRM and CPQ to drive business outcomes and optimize commercial operations. </li><li>Customer Data Platforms: Experience with implementing customer data platforms (CDPs) to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. </li></ul> <p>ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT</p> <p>IBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.</p>
