We invite professionals who share our passion for beauty and innovation to join our team, where creativity meets expertise.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>The Crème Shop is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis efforts. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that support growth and profitability. The FP&A Manager will also mentor junior finance team members and ensure alignment between financial insights and strategic decisions across all departments. The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of experience, a strong command of financial modeling, and a collaborative, proactive approach.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in close collaboration with executive leadership. </li><li>Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly performance reports, including key variance analyses, trend insights, and executive-level commentary. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to align financial goals with operational initiatives and ensure ROI tracking. </li><li>Develop and enhance complex financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategy, product launches, M&A analysis, and cost control initiatives. </li><li>Lead monthly financial reviews with department heads to ensure accountability and alignment to budget targets. </li><li>Oversee reporting automation and financial system improvements to streamline planning and decision-making processes. </li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on in-depth analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L), KPIs, and operational performance. </li><li>Support internal controls, audit readiness, and ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and financial governance. </li><li>Mentor junior team members and help build a high-performing, analytical finance function. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned based on departmental and company needs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred. </li><li>5-8 years of progressive FP&A or finance-related experience, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or beauty industries. </li><li>Korean-Bilingual required to communicate regularly with HQ. </li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, scenario modeling, dashboards). </li><li>Strong command of financial statement analysis, with a deep understanding of business drivers. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear communication for executive audiences. </li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and business partnering skills. </li><li>Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools preferred. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. </li><li>Prior experience in the Beauty & Retail industry is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 DOE </li><li>15 days of PTO, 10 Paid Holidays Annually </li><li>Eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of hire </li><li>Company sponsored voluntary vision and dental plans </li><li>Employee Assistance Programs </li><li>Wellness incentive programs </li><li>50% off employee discount programs </li><li>Monthly catered lunches </li></ul> <p>The Crème Shop is an equal opportunity employer.
