<p>Role Overview</p> <p>The Sales Operations Manager will serve as the primary operations partner for the Prenatal team, leading analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights that support commercial growth. This role requires strong analytical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>In this role, you will support Prenatal leadership with performance reporting, identify opportunities to enhance data quality and automation, and build dashboards and workflows that enable more effective decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Data & Analytics, Sales Enablement, and cross-functional partners to ensure the Prenatal organization has reliable, actionable insights.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate embodies our cultural pillars-collaborative, innovative, inclusive, caring, and committed-and brings curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work seamlessly across teams to advance our commercial strategy.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner for Prenatal Leadership, providing data-driven insights and operational support.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend Prenatal leadership meetings to deliver performance updates, trends, and strategic analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities across the Prenatal organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Access, analyze, and integrate data from multiple sources to support operational recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Build, automate, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Salesforce (SFDC), Looker, and other technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and support leadership decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate initiative and program performance (volume, revenue, and adoption) and communicate insights that drive commercial strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the Data & Analytics team to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the development of incentive compensation structures by providing performance analysis and scenario modeling.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Sales Enablement to optimize Salesforce workflows and data inputs that improve reporting and analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and enhance sales dashboards that deliver timely, actionable insights to field representatives and sales managers.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>7+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, data analytics, or marketing analytics.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and business acumen.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and connect insights to business strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience driving process improvement and partnering cross-functionally to implement change.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical proficiency including:</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Excel</p> </li><li> <p>Salesforce (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker)</p> </li><li> <p>SQL or similar programming language preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with territory mapping tools a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions involved in business planning and execution.</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-AO1</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.</p>
