<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide thought leadership on business process excellence and continuous improvement. </li><li>Document existing processes and workflows while considering interdependencies, procedures, and requirements. </li><li>Optimize productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures and process maps. </li><li>Assemble reports to document process status and changes, measuring efficiency gains. </li><li>Design metrics to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Communicate findings and proposals to key stakeholders. </li><li>Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes. </li><li>Work with partners to evaluate compliance and risk assessments. </li><li>Assist in creating a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Create, edit, and update communications materials including but not limitLed to communication plans, corporate messages, and presentations. </li><li>Partner with the Automation Solutions team in creating or maintaining RPA automations for stakeholders as required. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical skills. </li><li>Problem identification, problem solving and independent decision making skills. </li><li>Ability to persuade others to change existing practices. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organization and management skills </li><li>Proficiency in drafting and authoring formal policy and procedure documents. </li><li>Proficiency in documenting process workflows in MS Visio or other workflow documentation tools. </li><li>Ability to apply continuous improvement methodology to review and revise existing policy and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience with process improvement metholodogies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean or other). </li><li>3 years process analysis, engineering, automation, or related experience. </li><li>HS Diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>4 Year College Degree. </li><li>3 years of experience in a banking environment. </li><li>5-7 years' experience in Change Management and/or Process Improvement. </li></ul>
