If you are an experienced server with a passion for providing top-notch guest experiences and ready to elevate the dining experience and be part of a vibrant team at this fine dining establishment here at MGM Springfield!</p> <p>THE STARTING RATE: $8.75 per hour plus tips</p> <p>THE DAY-TO-DAY:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.</p> </li><li> <p>Take and deliver customer orders accurately, maintaining knowledge of the menu and beverage options.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach.</p> </li><li> <p>Itemize bills accurately and efficiently secure payment.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, and Point of Sale (POS) stations.</p> </li><li> <p>Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address any guest requests or issues.</p> </li></ul> <p>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ Years of prior Food and Beverage serving experience in a high-paced, fine dining environment is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Willing and able to work between 16-20 hours per week on average, including nights, weekends and holidays.
