ORRM has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and other large organizations for decades.</p> <p>Lead Policy & Regulatory Compliance Analyst</p> <p>We're looking for a Lead Policy & Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as both a trusted subject matter expert and a hands-on leader - helping ensure regulatory accuracy, strengthening processes, and supporting the development of a high-performing team.</p> <p>You'll work closely with leadership and colleagues across the organization to keep operations running smoothly, improve quality, and support important compliance initiatives that directly impact our business and clients.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>Every day brings something a little different in this role, which keeps the work engaging and rewarding. You'll be a key resource for the team - helping solve challenges, improve the way we work, and ensure we continue delivering accurate, high-quality, and compliant results.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Leading and managing the Quality Assessment (QA) program, reviewing work, identifying trends, and providing thoughtful coaching and feedback to improve quality and consistency. </li><li>Serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical, procedural, and regulatory questions within the Pyramid Referral system. </li><li>Partnering with leadership to support workflow management, reporting, productivity tracking, and operational decision-making. </li><li>Helping coordinate daily workflow priorities to ensure timely and accurate processing. </li><li>Supporting projects related to regulatory changes, system improvements, and process enhancements. </li><li>Developing and maintaining procedures, job aids, and training materials that help the team stay aligned and successful. </li><li>Training, mentoring, and supporting team members through onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development. </li><li>Providing advanced support across core Policy & Regulatory Compliance functions as needed. </li><li>Acting as a backup for leadership and helping drive continuous improvement efforts based on QA findings and operational insights. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>You'll be a great fit if you have:</p> <ul> <li>A High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>At least five years of progressively responsible experience in policy, regulatory, compliance, premium, claims, or statistical reporting functions, including advanced technical and problem-solving responsibilities. </li><li>Strong knowledge of bureau reporting requirements and regulatory compliance processes. </li><li>Experience handling complex issues and finding practical, accurate solutions. </li><li>The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. </li><li>Experience reviewing work, identifying trends, and providing coaching or feedback to others. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. </li><li>Comfort working with confidential information and exercising sound judgment. </li></ul> <p>Work-Life Balance</p> <ul> <li>37.5-hour standard workweek </li><li>Generous PTO and paid holidays </li><li>Casual business attire </li><li>Company events, volunteer opportunities, and team outings </li></ul> <p>Financial Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>401(k) with company match and profit-sharing </li><li>Roth and 529 savings options </li><li>Employee referral bonus program </li></ul> <p>Health & Wellness</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts </li><li>Life, disability, accident, and critical illness coverage </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Calm app subscription </li><li>On-site fitness center (Brookfield, WI office) </li></ul> <p>#LI-VG</p> <p>Old Republic Risk Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse workplace.</p>
