ORRM has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and other large organizations for decades.</p> <p>Lead Policy & Regulatory Compliance Analyst</p> <p>We're looking for a Lead Policy & Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as both a trusted subject matter expert and a hands-on leader - helping ensure regulatory accuracy, strengthening processes, and supporting the development of a high-performing team.</p> <p>You'll work closely with leadership and colleagues across the organization to keep operations running smoothly, improve quality, and support important compliance initiatives that directly impact our business and clients.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>Every day brings something a little different in this role, which keeps the work engaging and rewarding.
