And you're a clear and effective communicator both in-person and on the page.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and applications requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality applications that meet user expectations and business goals.</p> <ul> <li>Expected to perform independently and become an SME. </li><li>Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. </li><li>Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. </li><li>Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of Java Full Stack development experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in Spring Frameworks</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Databases (Sql or NoSql)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using leading Platform-as-a-Service such as AWS RDS, Azure AKS, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service providers (AWS / Cloud Foundry / Azure / Google Cloud)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in scripting language (Groovy / Shell / Python etc)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in infrastructure as code scripting (Terraform)</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
