The ideal candidate will drive predictable delivery of enterprise programs by ensuring disciplined execution and alignment across teams.</p> <p>Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Enterprise Program Manager job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage day-to-day execution of enterprise programs by developing detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking to ensure predictable delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate work across multiple cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring clear progress toward program goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies while partnering with functional leaders to remove blockers.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide consistent and transparent communication to stakeholders through structured program reporting, status updates, and delivery insights.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with IT, Technology, and functional Program/Outcome DRIs to support execution activities and maintain alignment across workstreams.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to short-cycle operational improvement efforts and enterprise consulting engagements as needed, supporting disciplined execution and accountability.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Operations, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>5-7+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or related cross-functional leadership roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to drive execution of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities, with demonstrated experience influencing outcomes and maintaining transparency in fast-paced environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
