This role demands a strong focus on technical discussions, frequent travel, and a commitment to exceeding sales goals through cross-functional teamwork and outstanding customer service</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree (Technical discipline is a PLUS!)</p> <p>2-3 years of successful sales experience, adept at developing and executing effective sales strategies</p> <p>Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and full-cycle sales processes, from market research to lead generation</p> <p>Ability to communicate complex technical value propositions clearly, with a basic understanding of metallurgical concepts</p> <p>Experience in organizing and conducting trade shows, demos, and webinars</p> <p>Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills</p> <p>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure</p> <p>Excellent verbal, listening, and presentation abilities with a professional, customer-centric approach</p> <p>Commitment to customer satisfaction</p> <p>Willingness to travel</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.</p> <p>Company sponsored benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account and Voluntary Benefits (Legal, Identity Theft, Critical Illness, Accident Injury and Hospital Indemnity).</p> <p>Company 401(k) Retirement/Savings Plan includes a 4% employer match (contributions are 100% vested upon hire)</p> <p>Paid Vacation and Holidays.</p> <p>The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time.
