You will partner with various stakeholders and management to advocateimplement automate analyze and monitor systems and services.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Extract data using Capacity Planning's tool BMC </li></ul> <p>Helix Continuous Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Work with the IT customer to identify patterns of </li></ul> <p>business activity to understand the levels of demand that will be placed</p> <p>on an application service.</p> <ul> <li>Perform Capacity forecasting. </li><li>Recommend optimizations that will favorably impact </li></ul> <p>both capacity and performance.</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate current and forecasted trends with </li></ul> <p>consideration of historical growth and initiatives known to impact</p> <p>workloads on the infrastructure.</p> <ul> <li>Build automation capabilities in Capacity </li></ul> <p>Performance analytics Capacity as a Service framework data collections</p> <p>and reporting.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and maintain capacity forecasting evaluate </li></ul> <p>and optimize project requests.</p> <ul> <li>Proactively engage in site-wide application </li></ul> <p>performance analysis to identify potential performance bottlenecks and</p> <p>optimization opportunities.</p> <ul> <li>Work with application teams to optimize </li></ul> <p>application performance and scalability to improve efficiency.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in IT Engineering Computer </li></ul> <p>Science Telecommunications Engineering Electronic Engineering Math</p> <p>Physics</p> <ul> <li>Foundation of software engineering </li><li>Foundation of IT architecture </li><li>Strong analytical strategic problem solving </li></ul> <p>organizational and interpersonal skills.</p> <ul> <li>Solid knowledge of capacity management software </li></ul> <p>BMC Helix Continuous Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Solid knowledge of at least one programming </li></ul> <p>language Python and Java are preferred</p> <ul> <li>Eagerness to extend knowledge of IT performance </li></ul> <p>management best practices.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills </li><li>Passion to learn new technologies and to apply </li></ul> <p>these concepts to business needs.</p> <ul> <li>Good attitude and motivation to put new ideas into </li></ul> <p>practice.</p> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
