Incarnation Parish School is seeking a dedicated and experienced bookkeeper. Incarnation's mission is to provide a challenging education centered in the Catholic faith with high expectations in character formation, academic achievement, moral development, and positive relationships with others through faith, excellence, and community. The ideal candidate shares the school's mission and core beliefs and exhibits efficiency and accuracy, demonstrates outstanding customer service,keeps a positive energy, and is able to keep confidences and privacy regarding parent, staff, and student information. The bookkeeper oversees all finance functions of the school and assists the principal in the financial stewardship of the school. Essential Job Functions Include: -Accounts Payable: Receive, verify and pay invoices. Maintain contact information of vendors.
