<p>Order Selector</p> <p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as an Order Selector. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.</p> <p>Apply at: www.nicholasandco.com/join-our-team#r-positions</p> <p>Schedule: 4-day work week. Start time 3:45 pm. 10-hour shift + OT as needed.</p> <p>Pay: $25.00 per hour during training, switch to incentive pay.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maneuver a rider pallet jack and pallet jack through the warehouse. </li><li>Build a safe and neat pallet of products to be delivered to the customer. </li><li>Locate products (cases, boxes, and bags) according to the efficient organization system of our warehouse. </li><li>Work in compliance with company standards of accuracy, product safety, labeling, and OSHA food and safety standards. </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age. </li><li>Work in a fast-paced team environment. </li><li>Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. </li><li>Inspect and minor maintenance of the equipment. </li><li>Must complete pre-employment physical agility test. </li><li>Match stickers/labels to the items and perform simple math. </li><li>Work in different temperatures (Freezer -10, Cooler 28-38, and Dry ambient temps). </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>Since 1939, our family has delivered quality and integrity-in our business, our products, and our relationships.
