Our culture is focused on teamwork and providing a positive and welcoming environment for all.</p> <p>The Nurse Practitioner provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions.</p> <ul> <li>Prescribes medication, examines patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provides treatment. </li><li>Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. </li><li>Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. </li></ul> <p>Use your skills to make an impact</p> <p>This is a Float Nurse Practitioner position that will require someone to travel between clinics. Mileage will be reimbursed for all travel outside of your home base clinic.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience </li><li>Successful completion of a nurse practitioner or physician assistant program with board certification </li><li>Active, unrestricted nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in state of practice location?(TN) </li><li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with all colleagues; fully engaged in the concept of "Integrated team-based care" </li><li>Willingness and ability to learn/adapt to practice in a value-based care setting </li><li>Superior patient/customer service </li><li>Basic computer skills, including email and EMR </li><li>Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of a collaborating physician/medical director </li><li>This role?is considered?patient facing and is a part of?our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.</p> <p>$115,200 - $158,400 per year</p> <p>This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
