<p>Liberty Cares With Compassion Liberty Senior Living#is currently seeking an experienced: MARKETING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT # Job Description: Assist with making up brochures, marketing material and forms. Assist with responding to inquiries (i.e., phone calls, website inquiries, etc.) and required documentation, including mailing brochures, cards, notes, and letters. Enter new accounts/contacts and pertinent information into Saleslogix, Customer Relationship Management program. Learn the basics about the facility and the specific services provided, plus rate schedules and the various floorplans available, and most importantly how to articulate that information to prospective residents who make inquiries about the community. Assist with tours and telemarketing to sell the community to prospective residents and their families. Also, assist with marketing of the community within the campus and throughout the greater community. Work with the Marketing Director regarding availability of apartments and stays abreast of tasks at hand and future planning for the week, month, etc., including census, goals and marketing opportunities. Work with Marketing Director and community Director(s) to assess strategies to maintain or improve census and revenue goals, including informing Marketing Director of immediate concerns, problems or any public relations issues. Manage selector Move In Process to include scheduling move-in, working with moving company, and expediting the move in process# Partner with residents up to the day of move in to identify movers, estate sales people, senior relocation services Ensure available parking for moving van as well as inform Department Heads of pending move in# Work with new residents to orient to the community, provide tours, introduce to staff, and complete work orders# Other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director and/or Director(s). Job Requirements: Associates or Baccalaureate Degree. Minimum of two years prior experience. Prefer sales and marketing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Background checks/drug-free workplace.
