This role also involves performing hands-on custodial and janitorial duties to support the hotel's daily operations.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>This position requires schedule flexibility. Shifts may vary and include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5:00am - 1:30pm</p> </li><li> <p>6:00am - 3:30pm</p> </li><li> <p>7:45am - 4:15pm</p> </li><li> <p>10:00am - 6:30pm</p> </li><li> <p>Occasional overnight shifts for special cleaning projects</p> </li></ul> <p>Weekend, weekday, and holiday availability is required, based on operational needs.</p> <p>Salary Range: $21.91-26.21/hour</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning, janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or a related service industry role (preferred) </li><li>Familiarity with a range of housekeeping equipment, including: </li><li>Standard and wet/dry vacuum cleaners </li><li>Floor machines and high-speed buffers </li><li>Carpet extractors and furniture cleaners </li><li>Waxing and stripping tools </li><li>Pressure washers </li><li>Auto scrubbing machines </li><li>Use of ladders </li><li>Basic understanding of labor hours, cleaning schedules, industry standards, and training procedures </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines </li><li>Capable of working independently and solving problems with minimal supervision </li></ul> <p>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.</p>
