<p>This position supports the organization with clinical data analyst responsibilities.</p> <p>This individual's responsibilities include:</p> <p>a) data collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting.</p> <p>b) managing and using existing systems, and building new systems to support the successful execution of the organization's Quality / Performance Improvement plan.</p> <p>c) works directly with all levels of staff to consult, teach, and support the utilization of data management systems utilizing reporting tools and strategies.</p> <p>d) will develop, apply, and execute analytical strategies and methodologies for performance improvement projects and support accreditation, regulatory, and compliance activities.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a behavioral Health background. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, or health administration required or equivalent knowledge and experience </li><li>Minimum of 3 years related experience in healthcare data management and analysis. </li><li>Must possess strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills. </li><li>PC knowledge and experience to include: database management, statistical analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Experience with Midas+ products strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
