Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials in the warehouse. A keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety is necessary.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Drives propane/electric powered industrial truck equipped with fork or clamp attachment </li><li>Must be able to move, lift, stack, unstack finished goods using a forklift </li><li>Moves loaded pallets and transports to designated areas </li><li>Must be able to operate a fork truck and pass fork truck test </li><li>Will be responsible to operate all equipment in a safe manner </li><li>Responsible for maintaining equipment in clean, safe operating condition </li><li>Required to inspect fork truck daily and report any issues </li><li>Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management </li><li>May perform other duties as directed by supervision </li><li>Required to follow all safety rules and procedures </li><li>Required to follow all housekeeping rules and procedures </li><li>Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school education or equivalent required </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions </li><li>Good communication skills (written and verbal) </li><li>Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities </li><li>Willingness to work all scheduled work days </li><li>Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment </li><li>Must be able to pass a forklift operator's test </li><li>Must be able to perform material handler's job as needed </li><li>Need basic knowledge of PKMS and LM </li></ul>
