The Client Service Professional will report to the Head of EMEA and APAC Global Solutions (GCS) Operations, based in London.</p> <p>What is the CSP responsible for?</p> <p>As Cambridge Associates scales its international business, the workflow associated with supporting new business development and client relationships falls primarily to CA's Client Directors who partner directly with our investment teams with all client development initiatives.</p> <p>As part of that workflow, we are seeking CSPs to support Client Directors and Client Associates and Analysts with the end-to-end RFP and DDQ processes in EMEA and APAC to support the firm's growth.</p> <p>The CSP team coordinates, creates, and delivers responses for Request for Proposal (RFP), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), and other external client-related requests, which accurately and favorably represent the organization, and its investment solutions and services, to prospective and existing external clients and their advisors.</p> <p>Furthermore, CSP's will support Client Directors in other client development activity such as preparing outreach campaigns and preparing client dossiers for executive leadership.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client experience, be commercially minded, and have excellent written communication as well as collaborative problem-solving skills. They will have an innovative, solutions-oriented approach to their work, and the ability to identify and implement best practices to stay one step ahead of a quickly evolving industry and organization.</p> <p>In addition, a knowledge of investments and industry experience is strongly desired. Being a strong team player is essential.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>RFP Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the Head of EMEA and APAC GCS Operations to oversee the company's regional responses to RFPs and proposals from start to submission, including the development of project plans and strategies and the drafting of content ensuring all content meets quality standards and deadlines are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with various internal stakeholders (investment professionals, legal, compliance, operations) to gather necessary information for RFP responses.</p> </li><li> <p>In partnership with the Head of EMEA and APAC GCS Operations, and other Client Directors, drive a scalable and repeatable RFP process including knowledge database management, message writing, data collection, content synthesis, timeline management, approvals process, and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>DDQ Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the due diligence questionnaire (DDQ) process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information required for DDQ responses.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and client requirements related to due diligence.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Relationships:</p> </li><li> <p>As needed, serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to RFPs and DDQs, demonstrating a deep understanding of our investment strategies and capabilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships with Client Directors across the regions through effective communication and timely responsiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement:</p> </li><li> <p>In partnership with the Head of EMEA and APAC GCS Operations:</p> </li><li> <p>Review and enhance RFP and DDQ processes to streamline efficiency and improve response quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement best practices and tools to optimize the RFP and DDQ workflow.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct RFP win/loss analysis, gather client feedback, and identify and report on areas to improve client targeting efforts and win rates.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously evaluate and identify technology enhancements.</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>Other responsibilities:</p> </li><li> <p>Ownership for data integrity of the CRM (Dynamics) system - ongoing maintenance and updating of client and prospect contact information.</p> </li><li> <p>Undertake initial client screening to assess professional investor suitability, including the completion of client classification forms.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the Client Directors and client onboarding team to facilitate successful onboarding of new clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the planning and execution of client events (roundtables, lunches) including support for client outreach.</p> </li><li> <p>Other client related work such as supporting the creation of pitchbooks and marketing materials.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Experience in investment management, with a focus on RFP and DDQ processes for institutional clients is preferred. Or a focus within marketing operations, managing a large diverse operational function would also be considered. </li><li>An understanding of various asset classes, investment strategies, and financial markets. </li><li>Proven track record in project management and operating across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in client deliverables. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. </li><li>Ideally experience adopting and using AI-enabled software to assist with optimizing the RFP process and content creation. </li></ul> <p>Please submit cover letter and resume for consideration</p> <p>The firm is committed to the concept and practice of equal employment opportunity, and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
