<ul> <li>Responsible for the development, management, implementation and ownership of key initiatives to First Community Mortgage business </li><li>Recruit, hire, train and manage new loan officers that are located within the local area </li><li>Work directly with the marketing department for FCB/FNBT and the marketing coordinator to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan and ongoing recommendations to support mortgage growth </li><li>Manage and mentor loan officers to ensure they reach, or exceed, expected production levels and personal business development by focusing on 3 main areas: realtor/builder, bank branches and personal contacts </li><li>Develop bank "territories" for each loan officer to give consistent exposure to FCB/FNBT employees on all FCM products and opportunities </li><li>Manage loan officers to adherence to a specific monthly marketing budget </li><li>Provide ongoing reports Weekly Goals and monthly projected closings </li><li>Develop and implement a curriculum for Weekly Sales Meetings </li><li>Balance the differences in managing a team of loan officers </li><li>Assist in creation of relationships and regular dialogue with local realtors, builders, as well as banking staff </li><li>Ability to understand internal and client business issues, operational constructs and overall challenges and develop viable, effective and efficient solutions </li><li>Results analysis, reporting and corresponding recommendations for improvement/refinement. </li><li>Host regular meetings and create an active environment for loan officers to share ideas and success stories </li><li>Frequent travel to the home office and or other branches if required </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Operate a computer and other office machinery </li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds </li></ul> <p>FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <ul> <li>At least 18 years of age </li><li>Bachelor's Degree Preferred </li><li>5 years experience in managing a sales team </li><li>Working knowledge of Ellie Mae, DU and LP and lending guidelines for the secondary mortgage market </li><li>Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills </li><li>Capable of multi-task and meeting strict deadlines </li><li>Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized </li><li>Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy </li><li>Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment </li></ul>
