We collaborate, help and mentor each other, and check in on our progress and blocks frequently.</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>The VP BSM leads the delivery of the most complex IT programs and oversees a team of AVPs and BSMs. In addition to driving program execution, governance, and strategic alignment, this role also is a hands-on, product-oriented role that sits at the intersection of business needs and modern data tooling. You'll own the delivery of high-impact applications without owning backend infrastructure. You will guide solution delivery from the enterprise systems perspective, partnering with technical teams (data engineering, platform teams, architects) and business stakeholders to drive value-focused application development. Your role centers on solution execution and stakeholder alignment, not platform-level architecture.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own large-scale, strategic programs cutting across departments and domains </li><li>Manage and mentor a team of AVP BSMs and initiative leads </li><li>Define and improve delivery governance frameworks </li><li>Partner with senior IT and business leaders to align priorities and execution </li><li>Drive planning, dependency management, and reporting across the portfolio </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to CIO/CTO and influence technology transformation agenda </li><li>Gather and refine product and business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders </li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications </li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering teams during development cycles </li><li>Conduct functional validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and feedback loops for newly built systems </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of program or portfolio leadership in enterprise IT </li><li>Proven experience managing people and cross-functional teams </li><li>Expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks </li><li>Strong background in business analysis and product management </li><li>Familiarity with requirements definition tools and test planning (e.g., Jira, Confluence) </li><li>Ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through validation </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication </li><li>Ability to assess program health, surface risks, and drive resolution </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's in technology, Business, or related field </li><li>Deep understanding of enterprise systems and technology delivery </li><li>Experience aligning large programs to strategic objectives </li><li>Define success metrics and ensure the product delivers measurable business value </li><li>Coordinate with Palantir and internal teams to align product delivery with strategic goals </li><li>Manage the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with data and platform engineering teams </li><li>Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture use cases and translate them into product capabilities </li><li>Serve as the Product Manager for Palantir implementation, owning the product roadmap and feature prioritization </li><li>Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, use case definition, and agile backlog management </li><li>Understanding of data platforms, analytics, and visualization tools </li><li>Experience of acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager for enterprise platform implementations </li><li>Act as a central point for escalation, feedback loops, and post-deployment support across impacted teams </li><li>Identify change impacts, readiness needs, and mitigation strategies in partnership with business stakeholders </li><li>Lead initiative-level communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across leadership and delivery teams </li><li>Develop and execute change management plans to support stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance </li><li>Experience designing stakeholder engagement plans, training roadmaps, and communications collateral </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive and operational audiences </li><li>Proven experience leading organizational change management for large-scale IT or platform implementations </li></ul> <p>#LI-TP1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Onsite</p> <p>Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00</p> <p>Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
