Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality, you'll have responsibility for organizing, leading, and successfully completing projects in the region. We are solving tough problems through innovation and proven methodology - come be part of the solution with us.</p> <p>Why work for Hepaco, A Clean Harbors?</p> <ul> <li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5! </li><li>Focus on maintaining sustainability and cleaning the Earth </li><li>Competitive pay range of 76,000.00-91,000.00 </li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment including 401K with Company match </li><li>Own part of the company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan </li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career </li><li>Company paid training and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Performs all aspects of project management duties including, but not limited to contract management, quality control, project supervision, accounting, health & safety and resource management </li><li>Manages asbestos abatement and remediation projects in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, NESHAP). </li><li>Ensures proper handling, containment, transportation, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). </li><li>Coordinates air monitoring, site decontamination, and final clearance testing with certified professionals. </li><li>Responsible for managing all phases of proposal preparation/submission and thoroughly reviewing contracts and negotiated changes prior to contract execution to assure awareness of contents and requirements and ability to perform work </li><li>Participate fully in marketing efforts in establishing new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and procuring new business opportunities </li><li>Ensure that items for field use are purchased in accordance with established procurement regulations and are within budgetary limits </li><li>Personnel management of assigned department to include recruiting, job assignments, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, etc. </li><li>Responsible for assuring that all company-owned vehicles and equipment operate properly and safety and that required periodic maintenance and repairs are accomplished </li><li>Ensure that project cost reporting, revenue reporting, and other financial data are accurate and submitted timely </li><li>Responsible for contacting client to arrange payment on past due accounts </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned or required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in the subject area preferred and progressively responsible management experience in assigned or related field; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position </li><li>Knowledge of asbestos regulations and industry best practices including AHERA, NESHAP, and OSHA 1926.1101. </li><li>Ability to interpret asbestos survey reports, work plans, and abatement specifications. </li><li>Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and engineering controls related to asbestos remediation. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate with individuals at all levels </li><li>Must be computer literate, and proficient with the MS Office Suite </li><li>Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure in a fast pace environment </li></ul>
