<p>Job Description and Duties</p> <p>OFFICE TECHNICIAN (TYPING) (PERMANENT INTERMITTENT) - SANTA CRUZ DISTRICT / ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES / DISTRICT OFFICE</p> <p>The reporting location for this position is Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park in Felton, CA. This position will work under the general direction of Administrative Officer II.</p> <p>The Office Technician will assist lead staff within the Accounting and Contracts District's Admin Programs at the Santa Cruz District. The incumbent assists with audit and review of payment documents to include working in Fi$Cal database program, preparing Purchase Orders, auditing P-Card (State credit card) and processing open invoices for payment. The incumbent also utilizes Fi$Cal Tracking System to assist in tracking District expenditures. The incumbent shall also prepare and review district service agreements, request important contract documents i.e. bonds, insurance, and assist with bid walks and bid openings.</p> <p>Training and Development Assignments may be considered.</p> <p>This position requires a valid Class C driver's license.
