<p>Department: Temp Center</p> <p>Salary/Grade: TMP/01</p> <p>Position: Temporary Program Assistant</p> <p>Hours: This is a full-time position (30 hours per week/ M-F)</p> <p>Pay: $20.00 per hour</p> <p>Campus: Evanston</p> <p>Approximate start date: ASAP</p> <p>Approximate end date: 6/30/2026</p> <p>Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Program Assistant for the Evanston campus.</p> <p>Temporary Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with daily operations, including events, faculty support, admissions, and alumni. </li><li>Assists with scheduling, mailing, and expenses. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications; </li><li>Experience creating basic surveys; </li><li>Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism; </li><li>Customer service orientation </li><li>Ability to interact effectively with candidates, staff, and stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Northwestern University seeks to employ a varied and diverse range of dynamic people who understand the importance of our mission and vision.
