<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage, distribute and maintain the security post orders for DOS/SCDC.</p> </li><li> <p>Administer security audit process for Division of Security.</p> </li><li> <p>Review/conduct announced/unannounced security inspections for DOS.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for policy formulation and review for any and all policies related to the Division of Security.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist STG Statewide Coordinator with duties as requested or needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with inmate release day for Institutions located on Broad River Complex.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in external security issues as requested/directed by Director of Division of Security.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for collection of materials requested by legal.</p> </li><li> <p>All other duties as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Must successfully complete eight (8) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.</p> <p>Questions regarding the application process, this job posting or any other postings with the SCDC should be directed to:</p> <p>Recruiting and Employment Services</p> <p>(803) 896-1649</p> <p>Employment@doc.sc.gov</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>A high school diploma and relevant supervisory experience.
