<p>Why do we need you ?</p> <p>As a Senior Team Lead, you'll be the force behind daily operations in our distribution center -</p> <p>Ensuring every product moves safely, accurately, and on time. You'll champion safety standards, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and lead a team that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.</p> <p>This is a role for someone who loves solving problems, mentoring others, and making a real impact. From training on powered industrial equipment to leading Lean initiatives and stepping in as Supervisor when needed, you'll be empowered to lead with confidence and grow your career in a supportive, high-performance environment.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Safety:</p> <p>Steer compliance for safety practices including housekeeping, 5S, safety team meetings/training, incident reporting and investigations</p> <p>Follow the Saint-Gobain Golden Rules of safety and all OSHA standards</p> <p>Perform Jungheinrich powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment training to train others in a safe and efficient manner.</p> <p>Operations:</p> <p>Uses expert level Excel knowledge to manage KPI's, productivity, quality and service data</p> <p>analytics</p> <p>Applies Lean problem-solving techniques including Root cause analysis, 5 why analysis, solution</p> <p>selection, control processes and reporting</p> <p>Research issues in JDA, SAP, Navisphere, FedEx, UPS shipping, and BOL generation</p> <p>Functional knowledge of all processes of Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Control</p> <p>Leadership:</p> <p>Acting Supervisor during absences across all shifts, ensuring leadership and operational</p> <p>Is this job for you ?</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>3+years of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting in lieu of higher education</p> <p>High School diploma/GED</p> <p>1+year experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse setting</p> <p>Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel to monitor data, create pivot tables/charts, formulas,</p> <p>and combine data from multiple spreadsheets for analysis</p> <p>Knowledge of JDA/Blue Yonder, and Microstrategy</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>Associates degree with a concentration in Logistics/ Supply Chain/Data Science</p> <p>1+years experience with forklift equipment, specifically Rider Reach Forklift, Stock Picker Forklift,</p> <p>Rider Counterbalance Forklift, Tugger</p> <p>Lean Six Sigma</p> <p>Legal Statement</p> <p>Saint-Gobain provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
