Observes, reports, and documents significant behaviors or developmental concerns to the CDC director in a timely manner. </li><li>Utilizes appropriate, consistent, and positive discipline. </li><li>Executes developmentally appropriate lesson plans. </li><li>Maintains an appropriate classroom inventory. </li><li>Ensures that children are released to only authorized adults. </li><li>Assists in ensuring that the CDC consistently meets the goals of the intergenerational program. </li><li>Assists in ensuring that the CDC consistently meets State licensing regulations. </li><li>Assists the Director in effectively monitoring float teachers and volunteers. </li><li>Attends in-service training or educational meetings as required. </li></ul>
