<p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to backfill a critical leadership role due to an upcoming retirement. The Benefits Manager will step into a well-established program, assume ownership quickly, and partner closely with internal stakeholders during a planned overlap and transition period. The ideal candidate is confident, hands-on, and highly capable of balancing day-to-day operational execution with longer-term strategic thinking. This role requires a strong employer-side benefits background, exceptional analytical capability, and the professionalism to regularly interact with senior leadership, including the President of the company.</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>This is a hybrid role is based in Denver, Colorado. This company follows a 4-1 hybrid schedule, with all corporate employees in the office on Mondays. Given the visibility of this role, its leadership responsibilities, and the need for close collaboration, the Benefits Manager will be in the office more often than not.</p> <p>The Benefits Manager leads a team of 3 benefits professionals and works closely with an on-site Anthem representative. The role sits within a corporate HR organization of approximately 30 employees and partners regularly with HR teams supporting manufacturing locations across the business.
