What you'll do as a Wireless Laborer Assist in the setup, staging, and breakdown of job sites for wireless tower construction and maintenance. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Support tower climbers by managing rigging ropes, hoisting tools/materials, and monitoring safety. Perform manual labor such as digging, trenching, and site cleanup as needed. Follow all safety procedures. Assist with installation of ground equipment including shelters, cabinets, fencing, and conduit. Travel to various sites as required-overnight travel may be necessary. What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Comfortable with travel and working extended hours when needed. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willing to obtain upon hire). 1+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or fire systems OR Technical/Military/Trade School training Preferred Skills: Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Prior construction or telecom experience is a plus.
