<p>Occupational Therapist - District</p> <p>(4 days a week)</p> <p>Effective 2025-26 School Year</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Current Ohio Occupational Therapist License</p> </li><li> <p>Current Ohio Department of Education Occupational Therapist License</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and district policies related to assigned functions</p> </li><li> <p>CPI (nonviolent crisis intervention) training or willingness and ability to complete the training</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of current assessment tools, ETR, and IEP processes, IDEA rules and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively and work productively with all levels of district staff, students, parents, and the general public</p> </li><li> <p>Effective verbal and written communication skills and able to handle problem situations in a tactful, courteous and respectful manner</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to analyze and summarize data related to assessment results and develop plans of action to address a variety of program issues and concerns</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to effectively serve as a leader and member of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to adapt and respond to multiple priorities and demands, deal with the concerns of staff/students/parents in a timely manner, and resolve problem situations in a positive manner</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness/ability to work as a team member</p> </li><li> <p>Good organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>History of good job attendance</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and access to a personally insured vehicle during business hours</p> </li></ul>
