This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign management and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving digital media landscape. Join us at Moonbug!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Campaign Management:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and manage paid media and social media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc. </li><li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as ROI, CTR, and engagement rates. </li></ul> <p>Media Planning & Strategy:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create media plans that align with brand goals and target audience insights. </li><li>Identify and recommend new paid and social media opportunities to expand reach and impact. </li><li>Demonstrate a proactive and innovative mindset, thinking outside the box to develop and execute creative strategies that achieve and exceed marketing goals. </li></ul> <p>Operations & Workflow Optimization:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget by maintaining streamlined processes and communication. </li><li>Manage relationships with media platforms and clients. . </li></ul> <p>Reporting & Analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations. </li><li>Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party platforms to measure success. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with creative teams to ensure ad assets are compelling and on-brand. </li><li>Act as the subject matter expert for paid media and social, providing guidance to team members and stakeholders </li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning and buying </li></ul>
