<p>Our Mission</p> <p>To improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.</p> <p>Schedule: Fulltime 40hrs/week - Days</p> <p>About Us - Occupational Therapy</p> <ul> <li> <p>Freeman Rehabilitation Services offers inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy in multiple locations</p> </li><li> <p>Occupational therapists work with patients to improve their ability to perform tasks in living and working environments</p> </li><li> <p>Occupational therapists use their expertise and knowledge to help with both recovery and adaptation</p> </li><li> <p>Patients receive occupational therapy in a number of settings including acute care, home healthcare, pediatrics and work performance rehabilitation</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Independently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers / documents care, and provided D/C planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff.
